The short answer

A completed withdrawal does not by itself establish that the receiving account was credited. Check the withdrawal record and transaction ID, then the receiving network, address and tag, followed by the destination’s deposit status.

1. Locate the transfer record

Record the asset, network, amount, time and transaction identifier. If no blockchain ID is provided, ask the sender whether it has broadcast the transaction. A deducted balance is not enough. First distinguish an internal platform transfer from an on-chain withdrawal.

2. Separate blockchain and platform status

Use the appropriate network explorer linked from the platform. Binance’s guidance distinguishes blockchain status from account credit. After a successful blockchain result, check the destination’s deposit record and requirements. A tick in our checklist is not evidence of either status.

3. Recheck network, tag and minimum

Compare the actual transfer with the receiving instructions, particularly the network, tag and net amount. Do not send more money to try to “activate” an earlier transfer. Use the platform’s official recovery or support process; recovery eligibility is determined by that platform.

4. Prepare factual information for support

Prepare the identifier, time, asset, network and relevant records; redact unrelated account information. Share necessary evidence only through official support, never recovery phrases or private keys with strangers. Leave the planner entry unconfirmed until receipt has actually been established.
